• Head & Shoulders

Head & Shoulders originally won acclaim when it featured in the Football Association of England’s prestigious  pre-tournament art exhibition on Cork Street, Mayfair in the build up to the 2004 European Championships. It was also accepted for the Images Award at the Mall Galleries. The piece has subsequently been housed in a private collection.

Beckham has stood as an icon of his age. As a prodigious talent and talismanic captain, both dedicated and charismatic David Beckham has stood Head & Shoulders above even a highly gifted ‘golden generation’ of English footballers as a cultural phenomenon. At the moment his genius inspired the creation of Head & Shoulders he had reached the pinnacle of his sporting capabilities. Much to the satisfaction of the artist in the subsequent decade he has never once fallen short of his own exacting standards.

Upon the announcement of Beckham’s imminent retirement the owner is prepared to make Head & Shoulders available for PR related activities.  The owner has also made the artist aware that he is willing to co-operate in order that the artist may fulfil his long held desire that the piece should ultimately be in the possession of David Beckham himself.
